【講師簡介】

Joel Beilin

Global Head of Audiology Relations at Siemens Medical Instruments

For more than 25 years of experience in Hearing Aid Industry, Joel Beilin is currently located in Singapore as

the Global Head of Audiology Relations, Siemens Medical Instruments, with a primary responsibility of

international clinical tests and audiology research activities, as well as global academic and cross-industry

collaborations.Joel Beilin also specializes in R&D Management in medical devices, consulting, strategic

management, sales and marketing support in cross-industry and international settings.

Professional Experience:

_ Oticon A/S

As a research engineer for 5 years and operated as a part of senior management for 12 years, with the

responsibilities across audiology product development, strategy, communication and training, as well

as cross industry and international product verification activities, developing organization and business.

_ TAL/Delta

Working 6 years as a Consultant, designing and implementing automated test system for international

test and homologation, as well as establishing test and verification standard for hearing aid industry.

Wesley Hsu

Audiologist & Product Specialist Siemens Medical Instruments

Relocated from Taiwan to Singapore since 2012, Wesley is currently the Audiologist & Product Specialist of

Sales & Marketing Department in Siemens Medical Instruments and holding various dispenser product

trainings in the South East Asia countries.

Professional Experience:

_ Audiological consultation and hearing instrument dispensing to both adults and pediatrics, as well as

clinical supervision for audiology students in Taiwan.

_ 5 years of experiences in deaf schools in Taiwan.

Grace Kuei
